Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@chateauroyalberlin.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Neustädtische Kirchstraße 3, 10117 Berlin 

If your return is accepted, you are required to execute the return using your own shipping label. Upon reception of said item, the refund or return will be processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU Cooling-Off Policy

Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

Condition & Handling To receive a full refund, items should be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. While you have the legal right to inspect the goods as you would in a physical retail store, you are liable for any diminished value of the merchandise resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage).

Returns Process To exercise your right to return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
