Shipping and Delivery Conditions

All shipments are primarily dispatched via our logistics partner, DHL. For deliveries within Germany and the European Union, the estimated delivery window is 2 to 5 business days following the confirmation of your order. International shipments destined for countries outside of the European Union typically require 5 business days or more, depending on local customs procedures and destination logistics.

Please be advised that we do not offer a free shipping threshold; all applicable delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated and applied at the point of checkout. For all orders shipped to non-EU destinations, the recipient remains solely responsible for any import duties, statutory taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
